肾移植术后巨细胞病毒感染的临床诊疗与预防

摘要:

巨细胞病毒是肾移植术后感染常见的病原体之一,是导致患者死亡和发生急性排斥反应的主要危险因素之一。肾移植术后巨细胞病毒感染的临床表现不典型,主要通过影像学和血液检查进行诊断。早期治疗包括对症治疗及抗病毒治疗。早期监测巨细胞病毒和及时调整免疫抑制剂,对肾移植术后巨细胞病毒感染的诊治尤为关键。
