食管癌微创外科治疗的研究进展

摘要:

目前多学科综合治疗食管癌模式中仍以外科手术为主要选择。随着科技的进步及手术技术的逐渐成熟,微创食管切除术取得了突飞猛进的发展,较传统开放手术,其术后并发症相对较少,疗效令人满意。本文将从食管癌微创手术的适应证与禁忌证、手术体位的选择、不同微创术式的优缺点等方面进行综述,目的主要为胸外科医师选择何种食管癌微创术式提供一定的帮助。
