3D打印导板辅助双平面股骨远端截骨治疗干骺续连症合并重度骨质疏松膝外翻一例报告

摘要:

干骺续连症(HME)表现为多发外生骨疣和干骺端畸形,当病变在下肢引起下肢力线畸形时,需要通过手术矫正力线,减缓由于机械轴偏移引起的关节磨损和关节炎。膝外翻畸形可采用的手术方法有全膝关节置换术(TKA)和股骨远端截骨术(DFO),但是3D打印导板辅助双平面DFO治疗膝外翻畸形的研究较少。本文报道1例33岁患有HME合并重度骨质疏松和膝外翻畸形的女性患者,通过3D打印导板辅助双平面DFO手术矫正下肢畸形,取得了较好的术后效果。
