摘要:

营养支持被认为是20世纪的重要医学成就之一,n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 PUFAs)是营养支持中一种重要的免疫营养素,其在外科患者围手术期的应用越来越受到重视。但是,n-3 PUFAs应用于腹部外科手术患者的具体机制及对临床结局的影响尚有争议,作者对相关研究进行综述。
