本文作者报告了遵义医科大学第五附属(珠海)医院收治的2例人感染猪链球菌患者，1例为普通型，经抗感染治疗后迅速好转，另1例为休克型，同时合并弥散性血管内凝血、暴发性紫癜，经积极抗感染、高级生命支持及连续性肾脏替代治疗、成分血输注、补液、纠酸等对症治疗后，患者生命体征趋于平稳，但最终遗留四肢末端干性坏疽并发症。通过对上述两例患者的报道，以提高临床医师对此疾病的认识。
