目的: 探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)中血栓栓塞症的发生情况，提高对该疾病的认识。方法: 回顾性分析1例以双侧耳廓血栓初次就诊的类风湿关节炎患者的临床资料、治疗方法及转归，并进行文献复习。结果: 发生双侧耳廓血栓时，RA病情活动，ESR、CRP、IL-6增高，血脂异常，抗血小板聚集率高，抗心磷脂抗体阴性，经甲泼尼龙联合传统抗风湿药、抗血小板聚集、抗凝治疗，炎症指标降至正常范围，未出现血栓复发。结论: RA患者发生血栓栓塞的风险增加，但出现双侧耳廓血栓者罕见，多种因素可能参与了血栓形成，尽快控制RA病情、降低心血管危险因素可能是预防RA患者发生心血管疾病(CVD)的有效办法。
