高血压与认知障碍相关脑结构及功能改变关系的研究进展

摘要:

随着我国老龄化人口的逐渐增多,高血压患者数量也越来越多。血压的异常升高会引起脑白质损伤、脑萎缩等结构的改变,同时也会引起脑区及各脑网络功能的改变,而这些脑区的改变会导致患者认知功能受损,从而导致轻度认知障碍(MCI)乃至痴呆的发生。高血压是影响认知功能障碍的重要危险因素,明确高血压对认知障碍患者脑功能磁共振成像(fMRI)改变能够更好地帮助临床医生预防和治疗MCI及痴呆。本文就高血压与认知障碍相关脑结构及功能影像学改变关系的研究进展作一综述。
