烧伤患儿父母创伤后应激障碍现状及影响因素分析

摘要：

目的：探讨烧伤患儿父母创伤后应激障碍现状并分析影响因素，为预防其发生创伤后应激障碍提供理论依据。方法：2021年12月至2022年8月采用便利抽样方法选取广州市某烧伤中心269名烧伤患儿父母为研究对象，使用一般资料调查表、事件影响量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表调查烧伤患儿父母的心理健康状况，采用Logistic回归分析父母创伤后应激障碍症状的影响因素。结果：父母创伤后应激障碍症状得分为(37.98±14.71)分，59.9%的父母存在创伤后应激障碍症状。Logistic回归分析显示，文化程度、烧伤严重程度、抑郁、焦虑状况为父母创伤后应激障碍症状的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论：烧伤患儿父母创伤后应激障碍发生风险较高，亟需引起重视，护理人员可重点关注文化程度低、患儿重度烧伤和存在抑郁焦虑的父母，制定针对性的心理干预，预防父母发生创伤后应激障碍。

Objective： To explore the post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)and its influence factors in parents of children with burns,so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention PTSD. Methods： By the convenient sampling method, 269 parents of children with burns were enrolled in a burn center of Guangzhou from December 2021 to August 2022. Thegeneral information questionnaire, Impact of Event Scale and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale were used for investigation on the mental health status in parents of children with burns. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of PTSD in parents. Results： The scores of parents' PTSD symptoms was(37.98±14.71), and 59.9% of parents experienced significantly PTSD symptoms. Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,burn severity, depression and anxiety were independent influencing factors of parents' PTSD symptoms(P<0.05). Conclusion： The risk of PTSD in parents of children with burns is high, which should be of great concern. Nurses can focus on parents with low education level, severely burned children, depression and anxiety, and develop targeted psychological intervention to prevent the parents'PTSD.
