卵巢甲状腺类癌一例

摘要：

卵巢甲状腺类癌是一种罕见的卵巢低度恶性肿瘤，缺乏典型的临床症状和体征，其病理特征为甲状腺和类癌组织混合生长，不易转移与复发，预后良好。单纯附件切除或全子宫双附件切除是一种有效的治疗方法，但对有生育要求的女性需根据具体情况制定治疗方案。本文报告1例37岁育龄期妇女卵巢甲状腺类癌并腹胀行手术治疗的病例。
