摘要:

Wnt/β-catenin(简称Wnt)信号通路是进化过程中高度保守的,由多个信号分子介导的信号转导通路。Wnt信号通路对于发育过程至关重要,包括细胞增殖、分化。Wnt信号通路作为癌症生物学的核心机制不断发展。异常的Wnt信号已被证实参与了许多疾病的发生、维持和发展。本文作者综述了Wnt信号通路在多种疾病中作用的研究进展,尤其是经典Wnt信号通路在肿瘤调控方面的研究以及特异性干扰Wnt信号的药物机制。
