学龄期儿童照顾者性早熟知信行问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘要:

目的: 编制学龄期儿童照顾者性早熟知识、态度与行为问卷并检验其信效度。方法: 以“知信行”(KAP)理论为指导,通过查阅文献、小组讨论构建条目池,结合两轮德尔菲专家函询和预调查结果形成待验问卷。采用多级分层抽样法选取南充市某小学符合照顾者条件的709名学生家长进行调查,完成问卷的条目筛选及信效度检验。结果: 正式问卷包括知识、态度及行为3个维度,共29个条目。两轮专家函询有效回收率分别为88.23%、93.33%,专家权威系数分别为0.900、0.889,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.206、0.301。总问卷的Cronbach's α系数为0.926,总问卷重测信度为 0.920。各条目的内容效度在 0.80~1.00。探索性因子分析提取公因子4个,累计方差贡献率为62.099%;验证性因子分析表明,所构建的模型拟合效果良好。结论: 本研究编制的学龄期儿童照顾者性早熟KAP问卷具有一定科学性、可靠性及实用性,可作为医护人员开展照顾者性早熟KAP现状调查的工具。

Objective: To develop the precocious puberty Knowledge, Attitude and Practice Questionnaire for caregivers of school-aged children and test its reliability and validity. Methods: Guided by the “knowledge-attitude-practice”(KAP)theory, and conducting group discussions, an item pool was constructed, and combined with the results of two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence and pre-survey to form the questionnaire to be tested. A total of 709 parents of students in an elementary school in Nanchong City who were eligible to be caregivers were selected by multistage stratified sampling method, and the questionnaire was collected for item screening and reliability and validity testing. Results: The finalized questionnaire consists of three dimensions: knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors, totaling 29 items. The effective response rates for the two rounds of expert consultations were 88.23% and 93.33%, with expert authority coefficients of 0.900 and 0.899, and Kendall's coefficients of 0.206 and 0.301, respectively. The Cronbach's α coefficient for the overall questionnaire was 0.926, and the test-retest reliability of the entire questionnaire was 0.920. The item-level content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.80 to 1.00. Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors, accounting for a cumulative variance contribution rate of 62.099%. The confirmatory factor analysis indicated a good fit for the constructed model. Conclusion: The questionnaire on KAP of caregivers regarding precocious puberty in school-age children developed in this study demonstrates certain scientific, reliable, and practical characteristics and can serve as a tool for medical staff to conduct surveys on the status of caregivers KAP regarding precocious puberty.
