不同预处理保湿方案对盆腹腔淋巴结清除术后滞留手术器械清洗的应用效果研究

摘要:

目的: 对比不同预处理保湿方案对长时间滞留的腔镜手术器械清洗质量的应用效果。方法: 回顾性分析我院消毒供应中心2024年1月至2024年6月接收的200件长时间滞留(≥6 h)盆腹腔淋巴结清除术腔镜器械的预处理保湿资料。根据预处理保湿方案分组,其中100件器械采用ClnMax医用泡沫保湿清洗剂预处理保湿为观察组,另100件器械采用传统器械预处理保湿方案为对照组。比较两组院内感染发生率、手术室预处理时间、预处理后6 h保湿评分、预处理后器械隐血残留率、预处理后腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸(ATP)相对光单位(RLU)合格率、消毒供应中心单件器械清洗时间、合格率,以及两组消毒供应中心职工倦怠量表(MBI-GS)评分差异。结果: 相较于对照组,观察组的院内感染事件发生率更低,手术室预处理时间更短,6 h保湿评分更高,隐血残留率更低,RLU合格率更高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组消毒供应中心单件器械清洗时间更短,中心职工的MBI-GS各维度及总分更低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组在目检、镜检、蛋白残留、RLU合格率方面差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论: ClnMax医用泡沫保湿清洗剂对长时间滞留的盆腹腔淋巴结清除术腔镜器械清洁保湿效果良好,有助于降低后续器械清洗难度,提高工作效率。

Objective: To compare the application effects of different pre-treatment moisturizing pretreatment schemes on the cleaning of surgical instruments with long-term retention. Methods: From Jan to June 2024, The moisturizing pretreatment records about 200 long-time unprocessed apparatus in the pelvic lymphadenectomy delivered to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All of the apparatus were delivered in the nighttime. The operation completion to the central sterile supply department time was longer than 6 h. According to the different pretreatment schemes, the observation group was treated with the ClnMax foam detergent(n=100); the control group was treated with the conventional medical apparatus(n=100). Group contrast results were concluded through the pretreatment time, the moisturizing scores after 6 h of pretreatment, the occult blood residual rates after pretreatment, the relative light unit(RLU) qualified rates of adenosine triphosphate(ATP), the single apparatus cleaning time, single apparatus cleaning qualified rates, work satisfaction and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS) scores. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower incidence of healthcare-associated infections, shorter operating room pretreatment time, higher moisturizing score at 6 h, lower occult blood residual rate, and higher RLU qualified rate, all with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05). The single-instrument cleaning time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and all dimensions and the total score of MBI-GS of the staff in the central sterile supply department were lower in the observation group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). No significant differences were found in the qualified rates of visual inspection, microscopic inspection, protein residue, and RLU between the two groups(all P>0.05). Conclusion: ClnMax foam detergent has demonstrated excellent cleaning and moisturizing effects on surgical instruments with long-term retention in the pelvic lymphadenectomy, which helps reduce the difficulty of subsequent instrument cleaning and enhance work efficiency.
