可穿戴设备应用于健康管理领域的研究热点分析

摘要:

目的: 运用文献计量学分析可穿戴设备在健康管理领域的研究现状、热点与趋势,对可穿戴设备在健康管理领域应用的研究现状进行可视化分析。方法: 检索截至2025年11月26日Web of Science核心合集数据库收录的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果: 共检索到3 358篇文献,经筛选后纳入2 341篇。年度发文量呈上升趋势。发文量较多的机构多为科研院校,如加州大学、哈佛大学、中国科学院等,尽管参与研究的机构众多,但尚未形成高度紧密的合作网络。发文量最多的国家为中国。研究热点主要集中在可穿戴设备的创新研发及智能化发展方面,关键词有“wearable devices(可穿戴设备)”“artificial intelligence(人工智能)”和“chronic disease management(慢性病管理)”3大主题。聚类分析共形成12个主题群,涵盖移动健康、人工智能、慢性病管理等新兴方向。研究趋势从早期的设备监测功能研发,逐步过渡至可穿戴设备与移动健康应用的结合,目前已经进入可穿戴设备在专病领域的临床应用。结论: 健康相关可穿戴设备应用已形成多类型、广场景、强集成的发展态势,近期物联网结合人工智能技术研究备受关注,促进了主动健康模式的快速发展。

Objective: To analyze the research status, hotspots and trends of wearable devices in the field of health management, and to conduct a visual analysis of the research status of wearable devices applied in health management. Methods: Relevant literatures included in the Web of Science Core Collection database up to November 26, 2025 were retrieved, and CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis of the literatures. Results: A total of 3 358 literatures were retrieved, and 2 341 literatures were included after screening. The annual number of published papers showed an upward trend. Most of the institutions with high publication output were research universities and academies, such as the University of California, Harvard University, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Despite the large number of participating research institutions,but a highly close cooperation network has not yet been formed. China ranked first in the number of published papers. Research hotspots mainly focus on the innovative research and development as well as the intelligent development of wearable devices. The key words include three major themes: “wearable devices”, “artificial intelligence”, and “chronic disease management”. A total of 12 thematic clusters were formed through cluster analysis, covering emerging directions such as mobile health, artificial intelligence, and chronic disease management. The research trend has gradually transitioned from the research and development of device monitoring functions in the early stage to the integration of wearable devices with mobile health applications, and has now entered the clinical application of wearable devices in specific disease fields. Conclusion: The research and development of health-related wearable devices have shown a development trend of diversification, multi-scenario application and strong integration. Recently, the research combining the Internet of Things(IoT) with artificial intelligence technology has attracted much attention, which has accelerated the rapid development of the proactive health management model.
