Abstract Objective: We use myocardium zymogram and myoctardial trigeminy, 2 kinds of tests to diagnose acute coronary syndrome at the same time. Compare the results of the 2 tests to see the consistency of them. Method: To do myocardium zymogram and myoctardial trigeminy at the same time for the patients with acute coronary syndrome. Measurement data is recorded as mean ± standard error, numeration data is recorded as percentage constituent ratio; T test for numeration data comparasion, McNemar Test and Kappa Test for grouped data consistency analysis. Kappa value > 0.75, indicates very good consistency, 0.75≥Kappa≥0.4 indicates good consistency, Kappa < 0.4 poor consistency. Results: The CKMB and CTNI results in the 2 kinds of tests have no significant difference: (t=1.123, P=0.265; t=-0.326, P=0.747 ) and have good consistency ( Kappa=0.579,P=0.000;Kappa=0.546,P=0.001 ). McNemar Test shows that CKMB and CTNI results from the 2 kind-test have no significant difference: P=0.265,P=0.747. Conclusion: myoctardial trigeminy test have the ability of prophase diagnosing ACS. Compared with traditional myocardium zymogram, myoctardial trigeminy test (CTNI、MYO、CK-MB ) have superiority for prophase diagnosing ACS, the 2 kinds of tests are of good consistency. |
